Why Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga offers the opportunity to benefit from yoga without having to get up and down off the floor. In almost every class we combine mindfulness, movement (asana), pranayama (breathwork), balance, stress reduction techniques, corny jokes, balance, brainwork, flexibility, strength, and meditation. I offer the class to work within your comfortable range of motion for the safest practice with the most benefit. Chair Yoga is very much still yoga!
